We want to personally thank TRC Yacht Sales staff for putting us into our wonderful Four Winns V358! They have made the transition into the boating lifestyle simple and enjoyable. TRC has made purchasing, training, maintaining, and cruising both practical and exciting. Last year we came to the Chattanooga Boat Show longing for the boating life and time on the water. However, we were reluctant to make the leap. Our previous attempts were thwarted by the perceived high costs of ownerhsip and the low water realities in the Atlanta regio. Working with you we overcame our concerns about the costs of boat ownership. You also helped us to understand the wonderful and extensive cruising opportunities of the Tennessee River. After the sale, the TRC staff was there to instruct us on how to properly use the numerous systems that are on our boat. Even though we made several beginner mistakes, the staff was always there to help and coach us. Never once did we ever feel inadequate or stupid. In fact TRC made us feel part of the boating community. You have lived up to “As long as it takes” for our training timeline. We continue to use TRC for our ongoing maintenance needs. The work is always done when promised and it is done correctly the first time. And our boat is always left as clean as when we last left it, a sure sign that the TRC staff is well trained to care for our boat. When we purchased our V358 we dreamed of many happy hours on the water. This summer the two of us made a six night cruise upriver to the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. As we locked through many times we appreciated once again the extensive support we have received from TRC. Our family has enjoyed many great times. We celebrated birthdays, had “slumber parties,” and extensive family day cruises. They have taught us to explore coves, handle the lock systems and laugh at our mistakes. We appreciate our quiet family time listening to the lapping of waves. We’ve seen countless ospreys weaving and swooping over the water, deer drinking at the water’s edge and a bald eagle perched on a tree limb overlooking the water. Finally, you have helped make it comfortable for us as we join in the warmth and friendship of the boating community. We are making cherished memories with our children. In closing we want you to know how happy we are with our Four Winns boat and our relationship with TRC.
